• For incorrect password claims, a full video recording from purchase to first login is required.

• Customers must update login credentials within 24 hours of purchase.

• Products marked "Not Recommended for Exploits/Hacking" are not covered if security issues, restrictions, or suspensions occur due to such activities.

• Security-related issues are covered for 10 days after purchase (subject to verification).

• Access restrictions, suspensions, or terminations caused by exploits, unauthorized software, automation tools, or rule violations are not covered.

• Additional proof may be requested before any claim is approved.
